The Race History of the Winx Guineas run at Sunshine Coast on Saturday shows it changed its name this year.
The great mare started her streak winning this race and the 2020 Winx Guineas (1600m) at Sunshine Coast on Saturday is now named after her.

2020 WINX GUINEAS - RACE HISTORY AND BACKGROUND
The Winx Guineas is a Group 3 race for three-year-olds conducted by Queensland's Sunshine Coast Turf Club at Corbould Park racecourse at Caloundra.
It was formally known as the Sunshine Coast Guineas until 2020 when it was renamed to honour the great mare as that was the first race that she won to begin her incredible 33 straight until the end of her career.
The Sunshine Coast Guineas was first run in 2000 and was a Listed Race from its inception until an upgrade to Group 3 in 2014.
The Sunshine Coast Guineas had been run under set weight conditions over 1600m since 2000 with the exception of 2005 when the distance was reduced to 1560m.
The 2020 Winx Guineas will be run over 1600m for prizemoney of $125,000 due to the coronavirus.
The Sunshine Coast Guineas had grown in stature as a feature of the Caloundra Cup meeting and is now best known as the race won by champion mare Winx in 2015 at the start of her sequence of amazing successive wins.
2018 winner The Bostonian would come back to Queensland twelve months later to win the Doomben 10,000 and the Kingsford-Smith Cup.
Other notable winners of the Sunshine Coast Guineas include Atapi, Diamondsondinside, Shenzhou Steeds, Eximius, Hopfgarten and Crack Me Up.
The 2019 Sunshine Coast Guineas was won by Baccarat Baby from Junipal and Zavance.
