The WW Cockram Stakes is a Group 3 race run under Set Weights and Penalty conditions for four years and older mares at Caulfield conducted by the Melbourne Racing Club.

The WW Cockram Stakes is run over 1200m. It was first run in 1992 and was won by Pride Of Demus.

The WW Cockram Stakes was a Listed Race but now has Group 3 status.

It was named after the former Vice Chairman of the VATC/MRC Wally Cockram.

The race has swapped between Sandown and Caulfield until 2002 where it has been at Caulfield since then.
