Group 1 placed mare Fasika is ready to commence her spring campaign in next Saturday's Group 2 Sheraco Stakes after a trial win at Warwick Farm on Thursday.
Under the guidance of Brenton Avdulla, Fasika went straight to the front in an 800m Open Trial at Warwick Farm and cruised to a 1.3 length victory over American Salute and Timperley.

It was Fasika's third trial so far this spring in preparation for her scheduled first up run in the Group 2 Sheraco Stakes (1200m) at Rosehill on September 12.
