3 minute read

Sircconi will be aimed at next month's Toorak Handicap (Gr 1, 1600m), with Nick Ryan revealing the six-year-old will not have another run before the Caulfield race.

Sircconi was last seen earlier this month finishing a close-up fourth in the Feehan Stakes (Gr 2, 1600m).

Meanwhile, Ryan will take talented four-year-old Express Pass to Moonee Valley on Moir Stakes night for his next run.

The gelding jumped out nicely last Tuesday, pleasing his trainer.

"He will head to Moonee Valley in a Benchmark 84, 1200-metre rating race Moir Stakes night. It looks a nice, progressive Benchmark race for him," Ryan said.

"We are hoping he can string another win together. We've always had a big opinion of the horse. If he can put his hand up and keep winning these races then he will no doubt deserve his crack at something better."
