2020 ZIPPING CLASSIC – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS

Steady pace engaged here as Brimham Rocks and Sound look to land at the front. AVILIUS (1) was never a factor over two miles in the Cup. That just isn't his go. Much better suited back to this trip and suited at weight-for-age. He was going really well prior to the Cup and no shock to see him take out what appears to be his most winnable race in a long long time.

SOUND (4) continues to race well without winning. Gave a great sight in the Hotham and it took a good one to run him down last bound there. LORD BELVEDERE (6) races well with his runs spaced and should go well along with FUTURE SCORE (5) and BRIMHAM ROCKS (3). They are handicappers but going really well and away from Avilius there is nothing beyond them here.
