She bolted in to win the Listed Bagot Handicap at @FlemingtonVRC.@symonwilde @wilde_racing
Winning Trainer: Symon Wilde
"I'm just really happy for everyone involved. Ellen held her under a tree there for nearly two hours to keep her relaxed. Melissa (Julius) is down here and she rides her work. She's not an easy horse to ride and Liam is there as well - they've just for a huge buzz."
Future: "I thought maybe the Adelaide Cup or the Andrew Ramsden I think would be a nice race for her. She's only going to get better. She's still a bit of a developing mare. I think in springtime we're going to see a really good horse. I was that confident over the 2800 metres. I've never seen one with a tank like hers. She'll stay all day."
Possibly have her tracking all the way through to the Spring: "With an environment like ours it takes so long to get them up and get them fit that it might be a good way of doing it. Race her sparingly. She's not the type of horse that needs to (run in) 1400 or 1600 metre races. She can probably go a month without a run and (still) be strong like that.
"It could be a possibility: pick some targets and race her sparingly."
Winning Jockey: Craig Williams
"She did a really good job. She's been really well managed by Symon Wilde and his team. Fred Kersley saw me yesterday at the jump outs and said she just wins. He was that confident. My manager had a tough decision to make but it looks like it was an easy decision for him. With all my team and the team around Tralee Rose, it was a dominant performance by a lightly races four-year-old mare."
Drawing a line on her potential: "At the moment the line has a very big peak on it and she' snot near the top of that, too. So there's exciting times ahead but Symon Wilde and his team are very realistic and don't put expectations on the horse and just letting the horse race into her form."
