The Magic Millions Guineas campaign of boom filly Isotope will be fine-tuned in a jump out at Doomben on Tuesday.

Trainer Tony Gollan is delighted with Isotope's condition after he gave the filly a week off from stable routine following her sensational win in the Gold Edition Plate at Doomben on December 19.

"She had a week on the treadmill away from the stable and she enjoyed that," he said.

"She's back in now and ticking over quite well ahead of her jump out."

Gollan is not concerned about a month between runs for Isotope who is a dominant $2.80 favourite with TAB fixed odds for the $2 million Magic Millions Guineas (1400m) at the Gold Coast on January 16.

"We're just taking things quiet and looking after her," Gollan said.

"I'm certainly not worried about the month between runs with her.

"If anything you can do too much with them rather than not doing enough so I'm looking forward to Magic Millions day."

Also competing at the Doomben jump outs is Magic Millions contender Rhapsody Rose, who finished third to Sweet Dolly in the Calaway Gal Stakes at Eagle Farm on December 12.

"I'm hoping that I don't have to run her again on the Saturday before the Millions," trainer Chris Munce said.

"If at any stage I feel I need to run her again then I will but I would prefer to trial her on Tuesday and just go straight into the Millions fresh.

"She's a quality filly who just keeps on improving with education and racing and she's very tough."

Munce is also hoping Degas, who won at Doomben last Wednesday, will have enough prize money and ratings points to gain a start in the Magic Millions QTIS Open (1300m).

Stablemates Boomnova and Kavak will have their next runs at Saturday's Coast meeting to further press their claims for minor races on Millions day the following week.
