2021 FUTURITY STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Genuine tempo set by Streets Of Avalon and Crosshaven. PROBABEEL (7) was terrific first up from a break. She only beat lower level mares there but she gave them weight, camped wide, and belted them at the finish. Big win and she will only be better for it. 1400m is ideal now.
The 1400m around here is certainly ideal for BEHEMOTH (1) who won two Group Ones over the circuit back in the spring and tuned up for this perfectly with a dominant win in Adelaide. Must be a big threat.
ARCADIA QUEEN (6) will be better at the mile but she recaptured her best in the spring and while she concedes race fitness she certainly won't be lacking for talent. The three-year-olds, OLE KIRK (8) and CROSSHAVEN (10), may lack for the talent of that trio but they both come here second up and set to run well.
