Winning Trainer: Leon & Troy Corstens (Troy speaking)
"I think the outside barrier played against us. She had to do that little bit of work early which probably cost us winning by a little bit further but we got the win so that's all that matters."
QLD runs: "Nothing went right for her. She hated that way of going. She thrived, she was fantastic (in herself) up there, but didn't like it at all. But as soon as she came back, we trialled down here and she was going really well.
"There was also a set of bad circumstances. She got back and that doesn't really suit her and we couldn't get her out and get going so I just think she's a happy horse back down here in Victoria. She likes the COVID."
What's next: "We'll probably go to the Kewney, I'd say. I contemplated going to the Guineas but I don't think that she'd be good enough to go on with that.
"She's a dual Group 2 winner now so she's doing a really good job. She was bred by a fantastic farm, Sledmere Stud, in the Hunter Valley. It's nice to buy value fillies and when they can do stuff like that it's very good."
Winning Jockey: Jamie Kah
"I'm a shocking judge in photo finishes. She was really tough when she was entitled to lay down late. She had to do a bit of work up that hill."
Pattern: "I wasn't intentionally getting off the rail. She was rolling around herself. I think the track is pretty fair. It might be a bit better three or four lanes off. Towards the end of the day it's going to be fair across the track.
"It's perfect. They put some water on the track and it will help those horses out towards the end of the day."
