Racing was in Launceston last Wednesday night for an eight-race program, the first meeting since Ladbrokes Launceston Cup day.
Doubles went to Sarah Cotton and Anthony Darmanin, the two winners for Cotton continue her excellent strike rate as a trainer which rates among the best in the state with only a small team of horses.
On episode 11 of the Week in review podcast, Tasracing's thoroughbred analyst Matt Reid dissects all eight races, highlighting a couple of FORMPLUS Black Bookers including one that he has previously identified. Matt discusses the recent good run that trainer Siggy Carr has had with her "Coronation team" which includes Coronation Pia who was a double figure winner in the third race of the night.
