Winning Trainer: Brad Widdup
On the win: "I'm really grateful to Brad Hunt, Benny Vassallo who stayed on bored when things went a bit south. It's great to get a win for them."
On the mare: "It's incredible really. She has come a long way in a short time to win a G3 against a good bunch of mares is a fantastic effort. She is very tough. It's her ninth run in. I was thinking about putting her out but I'll have to have a think about it now."
On the future: "[The Birthday Card] It's there but I've got a couple of mares at home I'm aiming for that as well. So anyway we'll have a good think about it. She's done a great job."
Winning Jockey: Robbie Dolan
On the mare: "She was very strong. She's just grown a leg her last couple of runs, she's always been going well but she's really taken the next step.
On the win: "We've figured out how to ride her properly. She flew the gates today, there was nothing going to cross me.
"Switched off in the middle stages and she let down probably as well as she did the other day. If you have a look at the post-race comments from the other day I couldn't believe we got beat, she let down that well.
"But she's flying. Credit to Brad and his team, they really have her going well. "
On winning a Group race: "It's very important. I've only got two rides today, it's very hard to get rides at this time of year. Very grateful to be on horses that can win and great to get the job done as well."
