Winning Jockey: Will Price

"He hit the front and he's still learning what it is all about which is quite scary considering how his turn-of-foot was quite electric at the 300 metre mark and for him to be doing that much wrong and still winning like that was pretty impressive.

"He felt really good. We were planning on being in the first couple (in the run) but I soon found the back of the favourite and I was always happy to track (behind it) into it. I felt like I was going too good and had to peel off its back. Once we hit the front he was still a bit 'everywhere' but he'll get that (improve) with racing.

2000m+: "The way he settles and does everything in the run he was doing everything in that respect. I believe he'll still be able to get over ground. He's got quite good form overseas so to get on a horse like that, I'm very grateful for the opportunity."
