2021 TATTERSALLS CUP – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS

Solid tempo anticipated with Badge Of Gameness taking charge with Incentivise stalking. Boom four-year-old INCENTIVISE (4) has won five in a row, the last three by an aggregate of around 24 lengths. Most recently demolished a Bm78 field over 2500m Ipswich at his first staying test. Gets to black-type racing for the first time but none of these are going well enough to lay a candle to him.

Last year's Metrop winner MIRAGE DANCER (1) failed to threaten when resuming over 2200m in The Q22 at this track recently. Has been in the money at five of seven second-up runs so watch for sharp improvement.

SOUTHERN FRANCE (2) tired in the run home and finished eighth last start over 2400m in the G3 Premier's Cup at this track, beaten almost 6 lengths. Has struggled all prep but he is twice a winner at Group level. Can be very competitive if near his best. TRADUCE (5) wasn't far away in the Ipswich Cup last Saturday. Trifecta player with a repeat run. ROMAKASH (3) is best of the others in a race with a long tail.
