Randwick-based trainer Peter Robl will unveil an exciting two-year-old filly in the Darley Supporting Catwalk Plate (1100m) at Kensington on Wednesday.

Our Belle Fille has caught the eye of onlookers in her two trials this campaign, winning both of them in impressive fashion.

Our Belle Fille is a half-sister to Barcelona Rock, who has won all three starts under the care of Warrnambool-based trainer Daniel Bowman.

Peter Robl said the filly has progressed well through her campaign and has plenty of ability to boot.

"Her prep has been pretty smooth sailing," he said.

"She's a nice filly and she's bred to get over further as probably a three-year-old.

"Everything she's done this preparation; she's done within her own limits.

"I think she's got nice ability. Race day might all bit a bit soon for her, but she's certainly showing good ability at home.

"She's improved from one trial to the next and it's the same with her gallops, one to the next.

"It has been a pretty good prep so far."

The Kensington surface is currently rated a Soft 7, but it appears the wet ground won't hinder the two-year-old.

Her sibling has won both times on a soft track and both of Our Belle Fille's trial wins have also come on a Soft rated track.

Robl says the jockeys have come back with plenty of praise for the daughter of Reliable Man.

"Alysha Collett rode her in her first trial at Hawkesbury and said that she got through the going no problems at all, showed a nice turn of foot and did everything right," he said.

"Sam (Clipperton) rode her the other day and said she handled the conditions beautifully.

"He said when he got her straightened, he gave her a squeeze and she showed a good turn of foot.

"Over 1100m they're going to go a lot quicker, I'd imagine from that gate she's going to end up midfield I would suggest.

"If she gets a bit of luck, I think her turn of foot will hold her in good stead come Wednesday."

Robl will also saddle-up five-year-old Power Of Attorney in the Heineken Handicap (1800m).

The son of Not A Single Doubt will enjoy the rise in trip, after finishing 4.8L from the winner at Warwick Farm last start.

Robl said the gelding is going well, but it wasn't in his plans to race him at Kensington on Wednesday.

"He's going really good, he'll be storming home his last furlong as he always does," he said.

"I had planned to run him over 2200 third-up, but through COVID, last start was meant to be 1800m at Randwick, but they transferred it to Warwick Farm which made it back to a mile.

"It would've been nice to have him over 10 furlongs.

"He'll get back and he'll roll along, he'll hit a flat spot at the 600m and at the furlong he'll decide to pick up the bridle and work home.

"He'll go to either a 2200m or a 2400m in his next run, but he's going good."
