Toy Show Quality favourite Entriviere will need to pass a veterinary test in order to take her place in the Group Three sprint at Randwick.

Trainer Jamie Richards advised Racing NSW stewards that the mare was displaying signs of lameness in her off foreleg after completing trackwork on Thursday.

She has been inspected by the stable vet and a poultice has been applied to her affected foot, with Richards to report back to stewards on Friday to update them on her condition.

Entriviere will also need to pass a Racing NSW vet test before she is cleared to race.

The five-year-old is a dual Group Three winner in New Zealand and finished runner-up to Fasika in the Sapphire Stakes (1200m) at Randwick in April at her only Australian start.

She remained the top pick in Thursday's TAB fixed odds markets at $3.60, with Tailleur ($5.50) and Written Beauty ($6.50) the only other runners at single-figure odds in the bumper 16-horse field.
