Winning Trainer: Chris Waller
On thinking he could win first up: "Not today no. But obviously he's a talented horse. He's never really disappointed us. He's done a great job. Guy Mulcaster buying him in America, he had his first few runs in Ireland then made his way to Australia and he's certainly earning a name for himself."
On Glyn Schofield winning: "Well done to Glyn Schofield. He's been a real workhorse over the past six weeks and even before that on his fitness levels to get back on a horse has been a courageous performance. He deserves it."
Winning Jockey: Glyn Schofield
On back winning: "Yeah it's great thanks very much. Obviously got a lot of people to thank. To Chris and his team who've allowed me to ride trackwork for quite some time before I made my return. They've given me a horse like this to ride. Obviously he's a push button horse to ride."
On the win: "Around the corner I was on the back of Hughie and I thought c'mon Hughie get going, I've got a lot of horse underneath me. But he made his move and I got off his back. He gave me a nice long resolute run to the line. I suppose he's only going to get better from this time on as he steps out over more ground. Thanks to everyone concerned who's helped me back to where I am."
On his health: "I am pain free for the first time in a long time. I suppose that does sort of help me get back on the horses and being able to do you best. I rode one through the week and now to ride one on the Saturday is even better. Got a couple of rides left so you never know."
Beaten Jockeys:
James McDonald (Imaging): "OK."
Hugh Bowman (Best Of Days): "OK."
Josh Parr (Archedemus): "Not a bad effort from him."
Brock Ryan (Chat): "He ran really well. He probably just felt that firm track in the last 100m."
Jason Collett (Reloaded): "Bit unlucky. Just needed a few breaks there in the straight. Just didn't quite come quick enough."
Rachel King (All Saints' Eve): "Really good effort. Second up she will improve from the run."
Jean Van Overmeire (Discharged): "Terrific run. He is very tough. Hope we can get them next time."
Kerrin McEvoy (Soldier Of Love): "Not a bad run. Had to do a little bit of work to get a spot. Might have felt the ground a little bit. Even though he has a good record on good ground."
Tim Clark (Love Tap): "Good solid performance. He was afforded a good run. No excuses. He ran well."
