Winning Trainer: Mat Ellerton & Simon Zahra (Simon speaking)
"We gave her plenty of time. Didn't quite come up after a tough spring and had three months off. We just brought her along nice and slow.
"Just rode her a bit quieter than the way we did at Caulfield the other day. I said to Daniel to ride her quieter and finish off. Not that far back but she was trucking to the line and hit the line well.
"I thought the track might be a bit firm for her today but she got there well.
"Even at the 1200, we thought she (could be) a sitting duck. Trying to change it around the other day and it sort of worked. We tried it again today in a good race.
"But a Group 3 on the board, Mathew bought her for $16,000 and now she's quite valuable.
"I've got my brother and my mother and all that in it so I'll be number one son tonight, that's for sure. There's six of us and I'm always at the bottom of the ladder."
Winning Jockey: Daniel Moor
"Placed to perfection. I was somewhat sceptical after last start that we'd reach the heights of stakes grade with her over spring. The team has done an outstanding job and produced her here in great order today.
"We would have liked to sit today. She made a meal of the start and it was going to get tactical with Brooklyn Hustle, etc, and while she wasn't towing along like she can I had to leave her alone and the tempo of the race just relegated us to that position.
"We got a good run through, she produced and had a good turn-of-foot at the 200 metres when she rested early."
Time to reflect on successes: "No. It is business as usual. Still got bills to pay."
