2021 BLUE SAPPHIRE STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS

Strong early tempo assured with plenty of speed engaged but Profiteer should have the front. There is no doubt who has the best form here. PROFITEER (1) was only narrowly edged out by Anamoe in the Todman and that sort of form leaps off the page against a good field but a field largely made up off nice improvers from the lower ranks.

Profiteer was plain fresh in the Moir but he can be better for having had that run and this is lengths easier. If he fails to give his running again then it is wide open. Think his stablemate EXTREME WARRIOR (9) can give him something to think about. Fast maiden winner first up from a break and clearly has his share of talent.

MINSK MOMENT (8) also won well fresh. Beat PORT LOUIS (4) there and that looks good form. Port Louis stays at 1200m which might be some query. Could find plenty of traffic from barrier one.
