2021 ZIPPING CLASSIC – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Warning led them last time and may do again. Suspect Sound will want to be close by. No doubt who the one to beat is. SPANISH MISSION (1) is a strong stayer from the UK, a multiple Group winner there including a Yorkshire Cup, and he was at least that good in the Melbourne Cup last time. Ran a cracker there and has clearly settled in nicely down under. Just has to hold that form to be taking care of these.
WARNING (2) won the Leger in Sydney and backed it up in the QEII. Makes him the obvious danger. From behind him there, SOUND (3) might have a hope of turning the tables. Went forward and won this from on speed last year and they may try the same trick this time around. Going as well. WENTWOOD (4) and DR DRILL (6) have little hopes.
