2022 BRC SPRINT – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Plenty of pace from Buffalo River, Taksu and Holyfield matching motors ahead of Sir Warwick. BUFFALO RIVER (4) gave a big sight in Melbourne when returning from a lengthy break, leading and fighting well to go under by half a length at Listed level. Drops 2.5kg on that and has never missed a place in six second-up attempts, winning twice.
TAKSU (12) has won twice at Randwick this time in, leading and booting clear to cruise home by nearly 5L last start. Kept up to the mark with a trial and is building a handy record at this distance. SOXAGON (3) proved too strong at Listed level when resuming. Two-time second up winner who can go on with the job.
EMERALD KINGDOM (2) landed a big pay day when winning The Archer last start and returns to a course where he has a 50 per cent strike rate. BLONDEAU (6) makes each way appeal off the fresh win.
