Winning Trainer: Chris Waller (stable representative Jo Taylor speaking)

Pre-race plans: "The original plan was to sit about third, maybe get some cover but we certainly had the option to go forward if the tempo wasn't correct but I think she made those decisions quite early on where she wanted to race and Brett just judged it perfectly from there."

Coming from Queensland: "She's obviously a lovely filly but she held an entry for Sydney today as well, was drawn terribly and just keeps running into heavy tracks the further north they go so we were fortunate enough to get her down here. We got a lovely track at Flemington today and she showed she's got some class."

Winter plans: "We'll leave that up to Chris (Waller). At the moment we'll see how they pull up, look at the programs, see how the tracks pan out and take it from there."

Winning Jockey: Brett Prebble

How she felt: "She was pretty impressive, going to the barriers she gave me a really lovely feel, she just glided over the ground, really sensible like she'd been here ten times. She jumped out the barriers and was on the chewie a little bit early and the other horse didn't eyeball her which helped."

Mid-race: "She got into a nice enough rhythm, I probably would've liked to come back half a second but she was comfortable where she was. From the 750m to the 550m I thought they'd want to make a move soon because I had a lot of horse left and when I let her go, she was airborne."
