Winning Trainer: Chris Waller (stable representative Jo Taylor speaking)

During the run: "She was out of luck, I was watching Born A King and thought he could make some good ground on the outside but Froggy managed to find a gap and she certainly capitalised on that."

Mare in form: "As we've seen with these mares once they start finding form they can put a few races together. She seems nice and progressive getting deeper into her preparation now, we managed to get onto some good tracks and she's shown that she's still nice and effective."

Potential for 2000m: "She certainly hasn't shown us that she wouldn't. As you can see in the run she's quite tractable, I think she's versatile, you can put her wherever you need to so the way she switches off and settles there's no reason why we can't."

Winning Jockey: Craig Newitt

During the run: "I was probably travelling too good for myself. She switched off really good mid race with tempo on. At about the 600m when I asked her to come up underneath me she really just dragged me through the field. I sort of went outside one, then inside a couple and just when I went to roll out around the two leaders, there wasn't much of a run there, it automatically closed. I was lucky enough that I had plenty of horse to duck back to the inside and when she drove through she sprinted really well."

Sharpness: "This was my first sit on her so obviously her videos look like she's just that grinding sort of horse but sitting back off that good tempo, she caught me by surprise a little bit. Even when she darted through and hit the front she had a good look around so she's got plenty of headgear on her so I don't know what they're going to do there but she's a lovely horse who's in form now and I'm sure she'll hold it all Winter."
