2022 BRC SPRINT – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS

Solid pace assured with Buffalo River, Taksu and Holyfield leading the charge. BUFFALO RIVER (6) gave a big sight in Melbourne when returning from a lengthy break, leading and fighting well to go under by half a length at Listed level. Drops 2.5kg on that and has never missed a place in six second-up attempts, winning twice. TAKSU (16) has won twice at Randwick this time in, leading and booting clear to cruise home by nearly 5L last start.

Kept up to the mark with a trial and is building a handy record at this distance. Big threat. SOXAGON (5) proved too strong at Listed level when resuming. Two-time second up winner who can go on with the job. TYCOONIST (11) brings good form from NSW including a fresh win at Listed level two back. Respect along with BLONDEAU (12) makes each way appeal off the fresh win.
