Coming from Sydney: "She certainly travelled down in fantastic order. Even if we've seen today on the soft 5, it's still better conditions than they've seen up north in recent months. With mares in form you like to keep them ticking over."

During the run: "Brett stuck to his guns and opted to ride for luck and it came just at the right time and got her over the line."

Winning Jockey: Brett Prebble

Sticking to the fence: "I had the run then Jye's horse, we're both Sydney horses, so I was thinking whether he's going to hold that line one off, he put the whip in the left and I thought that might give me a chance."

During the run: "She hit a flat patch, she had 60kg so she didn't instantly pick up but once she got the gap she built up her revs, through the line she was really strong and she's probably got stronger form than these horses so she deserved the win."

Rail out: "Today it's racing true, it's been very fair for the last few months here. They've definitely changed some things around and there's not that bias in the rail anymore."
