2023 All-Star Mile is Inevitable for Tasmania

3 minute read

Tasmania’s star galloper The Inevitable is the state’s sole entry in the upcoming All-Star Mile and he needs the state to get behind him in his quest to tackle the 1600-metre race at Moonee Valley next month.

The All-Star Mile is primarily a popularity race with 10 of the field of 15 voted into the race by the public.

The Inevitable, aka Neville, has struck career-best form this season winning all four starts that includes the Newmarket Handicap, Conquering Stakes and Tasmanian Stakes.

Neville has battled through multiple setbacks over the past three years and the dedication from trainer Scott Brunton and his partner Tegan Keys has led to an incredible form reversal by the pocket rocket that stands under 15 hands high.

The Dundeel gelding took the nation by storm as a three and four-year-old until suffering a major setback in the $7.5 million Golden Eagle in Sydney in 2019.

The Inevitable is Australia's little Aussie battler and he needs your vote to take him to the race he was always meant to tackle – the All-Star Mile at Moonee Valley on March 18.

Everyone who votes for The Inevitable at the official All-Star Mile website www.allstarmile.com.au will be in with a chance to win a life-changing $250,000 if he makes it to the event and wins.
