Here To Shock has followed the lead of Mr Brightside by winning the Golden Mile at Bendigo.
Lindsay Park emulated the feat of Peter Moody by capturing a feature race at Bendigo moments after a Group 1 win in Sydney.
The Moody-trained Waltz On By won the Listed Bendigo Guineas (1400m) 20 minutes after I Wish I Win won the Group 1 T J Smith Stakes at Randwick before the Lindsay Park pair of Mr Brightside and Here To Shock took out the Group 1 Doncaster Mile and Golden Mile respectively.
It was the second win in the Doncaster for Mr Brightside while Here To Shock was having his fifth start for Lindsay Park trainers Ben and J D Hayes having started his career with Brent Stanley.
Here To Shock registered a third straight win on Saturday following wins at Sandown and Echuca, both over the 1400m trip.
Ridden by Daniel Stackhouse, Here To Shock ($3.80) registered a 1-¼ length win from Laure Me In ($81) with Prince Of Helena ($101) a nose away third.
"It's a great thrill for the whole team, back at the farm and at Flemington. It's been a big half-an-hour and we couldn't be happier," Lindsay Park racing manager Dom Rhoden said.
"There's not a great deal left for Here To Shock at this time of year, so it might be a good chance to reset him for spring.
"He gets his rating up now with a Stakes win and we could possibly look at a few of those handicap races in spring."
Here To Shock is a noted leader in his races but Stackhouse was happy to take the sit on the gelding when Rambler Rebel went to the front.
Stackhouse admitted to having concerns on the hometurn as to whether he would gain a run.
"I was just hoping Rambler Rebel bowled along at a bit quicker tempo, but we had to use that horse as a bunny just to get him to switch off," Stackhouse said.
"He (Rambler Rebel) got a lot of pressure to his outside, so it actually worked out in our favour. I was able to switch off, get him in a really good mindset and rhythm.
"I just had my heart in my mouth and had to take my medicine on the corner. Once that pressure was applied and Rambler Rebel stopped in my tracks I had nowhere to go.
"But this horse has picked up from a stop-start (run) and won very convincingly."
Stackhouse said Here To Shock's racing manners had improved, while he thanked Hayes brothers for the opportunities they are giving him.
"The boys are doing a fantastic job, winning the Doncaster while us battlers over here at Bendigo are doing our best," Stackhouse said.
