"That was fantastic. Great when a plan comes off. We had it mapped out for a while. Great result.
"She's a good horse. I think she was placed behind Megamea this time last year at Sandown.
"She's just a good wet tracker and just the right type of race for her. She seemed to have come right the last couple of runs off over here.
"I did a bit of soul searching last week after Deano (Holland) and I figured I'd bring a team over. It went from two horses to seven horses and it is a big thrill.
"I was looking up at my wall and four or five of my big winners Deano rode. He won a Mornington Cup for me, won two (Tasmanian) Newmarkets, we won a Devonport Cup. He was just an all-round great bloke and we had a very good association.
"I'll be here to see him off on Monday."

"Her form was pretty good in Tasmania and she obviously like the heavy going. I walked the track with Scotty a couple of races prior to that big downpour and I thought the middle was the place to be.
"It is good to come here first time to The 'Bool and get the win."
