RACE 1 - 12:45PM Schweppes Entires & Geldings Maiden Plate (1050 METRES)

Soames has shown ability running 2nd to Tapinforpar at Morphettville and then 2nd again at Strathalbyn behind Whatsanamegreorge last time in work. He draws out but looks the hard to beat. Clarence was runner-up here behind Boy Racer on debut before running 2nd behind Gusty Way at Murray Bridge. He's had a trial to bring him on for this and looks the danger. David Jolly also has VOLCANIC EXPRESS on debut who was well beaten in a Morphettville trial last week. Havoc was in the market and showed speed behind Surprise Coming at Murray Bridge last time.

RACE 2 - 1:20PM Taylors Wines New Cellar Door Mares Maiden Plate (1050 METRES)

Lips Don't Lie is a former Victorian who was sent out a $5 favourite at Sandown on debut last September. She was OK in a recent Murray Bridge trial and draws a nice gate with the blinkers going off. Miss Ellarose was placed at Murray Bridge three starts back behind Left Turn Clyde and comes off a 2nd at Port Augusta. Crown Moshe has been placed at four of nine and was beaten only 1.7 lengths in 5th behind Left Turn Clyde last time. Chilli Sea ran OK on debut when 5th behind Sixteen Reasons at Gawler. Katina Joy was placed behind Big Shaq at Gawler last time and hasn't raced since running 6th behind Foxy Femme at Gawler. She has trialled OK and can run well.

Valentina Charm made a big run from the back when 2nd behind Rubini at Murray Bridge last time, she'll be back again from a wide gate but is knocking on the door and deserves to break through. Social Group has been placed at five of nine the latest behind Alpine Beau at Strathalbyn and showed speed first-up from a let-up behind Rubini at Murray Bridge last time. Leggy Peggy stuck on OK first-up when 3rd behind Aikhal at Murray Bridge and can improve here. Off The Cuff comes off an OK run here when 4th behind Gruelling and draws an inside gate.

RACE 4 - 2:30PM Leon Macdonald Benchmark 58 Handicap (2200 METRES)

Bellavardo has been racing in good form and broke through here last time out beating Micklewhite. He draws a perfect gate and looks the horse to beat again. Hostess Susie was again good making ground behind Belmont Avenue at Gawler last week. She finds it hard to win but looks the danger. Campobasso has won three of his past five the latest at Gawler on heavy going and he only battled behind Orbital Express at Morphettville last time. Mystic Knot has been around the mark and can run into the multiples.

RACE 5 - 3:05PM Atlas Event & Party Hire Rating 0 - 56 Handicap (1050 METRES)

Thebigsosso was a good Murray Bridge winner three starts back beating Cool The Jets and will find this a drop in class after chasing home Merchant Boss last time. He gets winkers for the first time. Closed Vault was a winner here last August. He chased home Jean Valjean first-up in town before battling away OK behind Disco Tilmorn last time. Send It was good making ground from well back when 3rd behind Left Turn Clyde at Murray Bridge last time and looks suited in a race like this from a good barrier. Magic Delta won consecutive races at Clare earlier in the year and ran well first-up when 3rd behind Madam Furphy here last time. Rizski was 2nd in the Madam Furphy race and should be in the mix. Justakidd should have won three starts back and has changed hands.

Jive Baby comes off a good return when 2nd behind Disco Tilmorn at Murray Bridge. She gets some weight relief and a good barrier. Katim's Club eased in betting before winning a Gawler maiden first-up from a break. She must be respected here. Lochend Umosa was placed at Gawler two starts back behind Seven Secrets before chasing home Madam Furphy here. Pouvoir De Soie ran well at odds here behind May Be Fate last time and must be respected.

RACE 7 - 4:15PM Hummer SA Colts, Geldings & Entires Benchmark 56 Handicap (1400 METRES)

Fox Dunnett was very good when 3rd behind Merchant Boss on the Parks at Morphettville before another good run behind that horse beaten 4.1 lengths last time when he came from last. He draws wide but will be strong late and has the right form to be winning here. Benz Baron best form is right up to a race like this, and he was OK first-up from a spell when 5th behind Dancing Stream. He gets a middle gate and Jason Holder. I'M KENNY has won two of his past three at Pt Augusta, draws a nice gate and gets the claim. Lebanese Trader was OK when 5th behind The Great Baby here. Tales Of Conflict was good running 2nd behind Pool Pony at Gawler last week, Vino Decasa Nostra was a winner at his only start here.
