David Jolly had the option of Moonee Valley or Murray Bridge with the son of Host who comes off a solid return to racing when he drifted back before working home well behind Wonderwomen at Morphettville.

"He'll run here,'' Jolly said.

"I think he could run well over there, but I think the race here does look a bit better for him. It's just down the road.

"It wasn't clear cut, but the rail is back in the true (position) at Moonee Valley and he's drawn out a little bit,'' he said.

Jolly said the horse would need to turn around his Gifford Hill record having been out of the placings at his two runs here when well in the market.

"Here he hasn't done his best work at Murray Bridge but he has a nice low draw and good weight,'' Jolly said.

"There's probably are a couple of the better horses in there who need it a touch further.

"Lachie (Neindorf) is pleased with him, he thinks he will run well,'' he said.

Jolly has a busy day at today's twilight fixture at Oakbank with four runners.

"We've been developing the other property, I haven't had too much going around,'' Jolly said.

"We've got a busy weekend so hopefully we can get a result.

"Skinder in the maiden should run well, he ran well there at Easter without a lot of luck.

"Valaroc has won there previous and reeled off a really good piece of work when we galloped there earlier in the week and his form has been good this time around aside of the heavy track run.

"Lord Morton has the blinkers on and Chosen Miss has been placed there before,'' he said.
