The Brisbane Racing Club will host a 10-race metropolitan card at Eagle Farm this Saturday.

With Eagle Farm's terrific drying capabilities, we should be racing on a good track with the rail out 3m the entire course.

We've analysed the card and provided our top selection for each race below.

RACE 1 - 1:13PM: QTIS Two-Year-Old Handicap (1200 METRES)

We've got a typical out of season two-year-old race to kick off the Eagle Farm card and I'm looking towards the interstate horse, Whiskey (3).

Team Snowden sends the Better Than Ready colt north targeting the QTIS bonus money on offer.

He's had two trials in Sydney and on each occasion, he has found the line well.

One of Brisbane's top jockeys, Ryan Maloney, has been booked to ride which is a positive sign.

2 Units – Whiskey (3)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 1

RACE 2 - 1:48PM: Class 1 Handicap (1000 METRES)

Surreal Ascot (6) resumes here following a 21-week spell.

The Toowoomba galloper warmed up for this with a nice trial win when she cruised around in front.

Last preparation she proved highly competitive in Saturday three-year-old races including contests where she finished with back-to-back seconds at Doomben over 1350m.

Significantly Jake Bayliss went up the hill to ride the filly in the trial and takes the ride here.

She possesses good early speed so should settle in a prominent position.

1 Unit – Surreal Ascot (6)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 2

RACE 3 - 2:23PM: BENCHMARK 72 Handicap (2118 METRES)

Artful Girl (10) capitalised on some good form to breakthrough for a strong win over 2050m at Doomben last start.

The Kevin Kemp-trained mare was given an absolute peach of a ride by Martin Harley and the Irishman remains in the saddle.

Harley settled at the back from the wide gate before saving ground on the home turn and finishing off powerfully for a two-length victory.

She draws the inside gate which should see her settle closer in the run.

1 Unit – Artful Girl (10)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 3

RACE 4 - 2:58PM: BENCHMARK 78 Handicap (1815 METRES)

Chayse 'N' Artie (1) was outclassed in The Wave two starts back but a return to a similar strength race to this, proved fruitful.

The Scott Morrisey-trained son of Flying Artie settle at the tail of the field over this course and distance before storming home to win by a head.

He has a terrific record over this course and distance having won twice and placed second once from three starts.

He's rock hard fit now and draws to get an economical run for Boris Thornton.

2 Units – Chayse 'N' Artie (1)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 4

RACE 5 - 3:33PM: QTIS Three-Year-Old Handicap (1400 METRES)

Captain Fenkel (2) was doing his best work late when finishing a length second over 1200m at Ipswich on debut two starts ago.

The Marcus Wilson-trained son of Kermadec appreciated the rise to 1350m at Doomben last start when bolting in by 3.5 lengths.

He looks to have plenty of upside and will strip fitter third-up.

Jimmy Orman should be able to settle in a prominent position over the slightly longer trip.

2 Units – Captain Fenkel (2)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 5

RACE 6 - 4:12PM: BENCHMARK 68 Handicap (1200 METRES)

Lennic (13) has only had the five career starts but each of them has been full of merit.

The Scott Morrisey-trained I Am Invincible mare enters this race looking for three wins on the trot after impressive on pace victories over 1200m at Doomben.

This is her first visit to Eagle Farm but she gives every indication that she will be able to race just as well here.

Boris Thornton remains in the saddle and can settle in a forward position from the nice barrier.

2 Units – Lennic (13)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 6

RACE 7 - 4:52PM: No Metro Wins Handicap (1200 METRES)

Master Maurice (15) was scratched from the previous race in preference for this, so we must respect Mark Currie's decision.

The lightly raced son of Maurice opened this preparation with a win over 1000m at this track before getting too far back and working home well for fourth, again over 1000m here.

The rise to 1200m looks ideal third-up given the way he was strong through the line and he did win his only previous race over the distance.

Angela Jones should be able to settle in a prominent position from the inside gate.

1 Unit – Master Maurice (15)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 7

RACE 8 - 5:32PM: Class 3 Plate (1400 METRES)

African Daisy (11) returned in good order over 1300m at Randwick last start.

The Annabel Neasham-trained five-year-old mare worked home strongly but just couldn't get past the race fit and in form Terra Mater when finishing 1.3 lengths second.

She'll strip fitter second-up and will appreciate the drop in class under set weight conditions.

From the inside barrier, Ryan Maloney should be able to give her the run of the race.

1 Unit – African Daisy (11)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 8

RACE 9 - 6:10PM: OPEN Handicap (1600 METRES)

Without Revenge (2) is on the quick back-up after claiming the Ballina Cup on Monday.

The Corey and Kylie Geran-trained gelding ran his opponents into the ground to win the Big Dance qualifier by four lengths.

His prior form was very good with runner-up finishes in the Listed Tails Stakes and the Listed Bernborough Plate which was over this course and distance.

The map suggests Kyle Wilson-Taylor can dictate the speed in front and if that's the case, he'll be awfully hard to run down.

3 Units – Without Revenge (2)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 9

RACE 10 - 6:50PM: Class 6 Handicap (1400 METRES)

Daytona Bay (1) was very good in his first appearance for Kelly Schweida after previously racing in Victoria with the Moody and Coleman yard.

The American Pharaoh gelding settled back over 1200m here before working strongly to the line to finish 0.8L second.

The rise to 1400m will suit given it is a distance he has won two of five starts over.

He's drawn a touch sticky, but Jimmy Orman will get him into a nice rhythm before hopefully running over the top of them.

1 Unit – Daytona Bay (1)

BET NOW: Eagle Farm Race 10
