I've run the rule over the meeting, and you can find my Ladbrokes Sale Quality Day Tips below.

RACE 1 - 1PM: Fantasy Cocktails Handicap (1717m)

Nishino Crescent has opened a clear favourite in betting ahead of the first on Ladbrokes Sale Quality Day and will take beating.

The Satono Aladdin gelding hasn't missed placing in two starts back from a break, only just missing at Sandown last time.

Fitter third-up, he won't be offered a better opportunity to win.

RACE 2 - 1:30PM: Carlton Draught Maiden Plate (1000m)

Frenemy makes her return to the races in a very suitable contest on Sunday.

The Written Tycoon filly showed promise at the trials prior to her only competitive start to date, but raced greenly in the Listed Woodlands Stakes and finished down the order.

This is a far weaker race, and she has reportedly furnished into a stronger horse.

BET NOW: Sale Race 2

RACE 3 - 2PM: Fantasy Cocktails Maiden Plate (1200m)

Just three of the seven confirmed starters in this race have previous raceday experience and there are several debutants prominent in betting.

I am happy to stay out of this one from a betting perspective.

RACE 4 - 2:35PM: Living Turf Maiden Plate (1200m)

Charming Deel was fair through the line at Mornington on debut and looks capable of breaking her maiden on Ladbrokes Sale Quality Day.

The Dundeel filly turned in a decent trial performance back in spring and worked home to finish on the placegetters' heels a couple of weeks ago.

With natural improvement, she can begin her rise through the grades.

RACE 5 - 3:10PM: Group 3 Taranaki 2YO Classic (1200m)

I'm keen to see Castle On High back to the races at Sale on Sunday.

Castle On High made only one appearance during his debut preparation over in New Zealand, but finished off well for second behind the talented Persuader.

This looks a pretty open maiden and this horse rates as a key winning chance.

RACE 6 - 3:45PM: Ladbrokes Sale Quality Handicap (1200m)

Daily Bugle is a duel acceptor at Caulfield on Saturday, but I am of the opinion that the Ladbrokes Sale Quality is a perfect target for him.

It has been a little over a year since the Press Statement gelding won a race, but he has turned in some competitive performance this time in and was last seen finishing a credible fourth behind the likes of Midtown Boss and Mornington Glory at Flemington.

He gets a big drop in the weights this week and should receive every chance in this small field.

BET NOW: Sale Race 6

RACE 7 - 4:15PM: Fantasy Cocktails Handicap (1400m)

This looks to be the most open race on the program from a betting perspective and there is value around plenty of gallopers, including Jenni Esprit.

Jenni Esprit was a little luckless at her last couple of starts, but her form prior to those was promising, and included an eye-catching win over 1400m at Pakenham.

She's hard fit, drawn to effect, and we can have an each way play at current odds ($8.50 at publish).

BET NOW: Sale Race 7

RACE 8 - 4:50PM: Ladbroke It! Handicap (1100m)

Black Orlov resumes in the last on Sale Quality Day, and I thought it looked a nice race for her.

Black Orlov hasn't been seen at the races since April, but she resumed for an eye-catching win in BM58 company before a few credible performances in stronger company.

Jye McNeil is a tick, and she can fight out the finish.
