Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Kembla Grange, Warrnambool, Townsville and Northam.
KEMBLA GRANGE: RACE 8 @ 5:40 PM
EL LAGO (9) is starting to hit his straps putting two wins together on the bounce. Hard to ignore winning form and looks the one to beat. READATHON (6) is trained on course and has solid claims on best form. SHAKA ROCK (3) will be at peak fitness now and can earn a cheque. ALQAAB (13) rarely runs a bad race and is one for the multiples.
SELECTIONS: El Lago to win.

TOWNSVILLE: RACE 8 @ 5:00 PM
JOURNEY OF SONG (4) came from back and missed a head resuming much improved. He goes well second-up and rates to win with the extra fitness. HELL OF A BOY (3) missed a lip second-up getting close to his Victorian best. Has sticky gate but rates to go close. THREE PHASE (6) has missed a whisker the last two in easier grade. They stack up all the same but she needs a Wiggins special from an outside barrier. GIORDANO (1) next best off the easy Ewan win.

NORTHAM: RACE 8 @ 5:12 PM
FAR TOO STRONG (1) is third-up for a sharp Barn and go on the improved first-up effort. First time at the middle distance and he should run it right out. Pike's booking is a lead. UPWARD OTHERS (4) has surprised the market with good efforts the last two and this is easier than Belmont. Expect that he's up to this. MISS VOODOO (7) was nudged out here this trip in the CL3 improving again. Chris Parnham goes on and she's well in the mix holding that level of form. MISS ZEDEL (2) is in good hands and has been knocking on the door. She gets another chance.
