Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for November 18.

Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Hawkesbury, Mornington, Narrogin, Quirindi  and Rockhampton.

HAWKESBURY: RACE 7 @ 4:50 PM

THIS'LLBETHEONE (9) battled on well on debut when winning by the narrowest of margins at Kembla Grange. Will take confidence from that win and gets the services of in-form hoop McDonald in the saddle. No reason why he can't go back-to-back from the low draw. SPALTET (3) hasn't done much wrong with a win and a placing from two career outings. The step-up to 1500m looks ideal and can play a part in the outcome. KING OF SPADES (11) was long odds-on last time out and did a few things wrong before finishing second. Can bounce back against this lot. C'MON REG (4) has won over this journey and is one for the exotics. ROCKOVER (7) will strip fitter second-up and can earn a cheque.
SELECTIONS: This'llbetheone to win.

MORNINGTON: RACE 7 @ 4:30 PM

IKNEWSHEWASMINE (2) got back into winning form with a solid first-up win at Moe. Rises in grade this time but drops in weight after the claim. Will be hard to stop on home track. SMOKIN' TOFF (10) was easy in the market on debut but controlled the race from the outset to win well. This is tougher but can acquit herself well. FAST AND FURIOUS (7) is on the comeback after a long break. Does have the ability and is sure to be well-prepared following a long lay-off. Has to be kept in mind. THE CRUSHA (5) is coming back from a freshen up. Is not meeting a strong line up here and is worthy of respect.
SELECTIONS: Back Iknewshewasmine to win.

QUIRINDI: RACE 3 @ 2:40 PM

MONTARI (2) has just been nudged out the last three and lost on protest at Muswellbrook the latest as favourite. Draws handy and keeps a top hoop. In good hands and he's the one to beat. CUT 'EM UP (1) placed distantly resuming in a strong form race and has since gone back to Scone and won a trial. Gets the 4kg claim and winkers first time. Will push forward and fitter can make the finish. SUMO (8) has been okay since coming from Victoria. Spoils things with slow starts but Murray knows him now and may be able to kick him up from the low barrier. He can improve. POP MAGIC (4) resumes off two trials for a strong barn and the betting moves has to be monitored.
SELECTIONS: Backing Montari.

ROCKHAMPTON: RACE 9 @ 5:50 PM

SISTA ELENORE (9) missed a lip resuming at the Sunshine Coast and three-back was an easy CL2 winner here. She's capable of using the rail and fitter makes strong appeal. VILLA VILLEKULLA (2) is a former Victorian who was lipped out here first-up for the Walsh barn. He hasn't missed a beat and fitter is feared despite the sticky gate. SIZZLEPEL (10) is fast and won the CL6 here third-up. The claim helps with some of the weight lit and she can make the finish. ADDRESS UNKNOWN (13) led and won the CL1 comfortably and keeps improving. Was heavily-bet and will give them something to chase.
SELECTIONS: Backing Sista Elenore.
