Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for November 30.

Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Tamworth and Ararat.

TAMWORTH: RACE 6 @ 4:15 PM

The very-consistent AMERICAN ANTHEM (3) has been in the top five at her past eight outings and strikes a winnable affair here. Will strip fitter third-up from the spell and gets the services of Morgan from gate six. Should be in this for a very long way. ANGELS LANDING (4) put in a career-best performance last time out when a close-up second and looks ready to go on with it now. Looks a definite winning hope. STABLE TALK (14) has placed over this track and trip and is one for the multiples. PIPPEN (11) will find this easier than his recent Gosford outing and can earn a cheque. FENYX (7) is sure to get all the favours from the inside alley and can fill the frame.

ARARAT: RACE 2 @ 2:00 PM

Tricky. PHILOSOPHERS STONE (6) resumes as a gelding for a sharp barn. He didn't have the best of it on debut and showed enough to say he will win in better grade. Yendall rides and a bold run is anticipated. TRICOLOGY (9) debuts for the in-form Moody barn. Is sure to be well-prepared but has to manage a sticky gate. JEDAN (4) was good from the turn placing at Kyneton. He's threatening and gets another chance. SHOURI LAD (7) gets a sticky gate but profiles well on debut. The race-day betting will tell with him.
