Seven TAB meetings are conducted at through Australia on Sunday at Cowra, Armidale, Benalla, Sale, Sunshine Coast, Albany and Gawler.

Cowra: Race 6 @ 4:10pm

Will go like the clappers in this. First of two features this afternoon. SUGAR DANCE greets this at peak. Fought hard to claim the Gunnedah Town Plate a fortnight ago. Building an impressive record and Cahill links aboard. Slight query is whether he is speedy enough to find the rail, either way he's very tough and should be fighting out the finish. ZARHRON has won the past four editions of this race, quite incredible really. Nine years old now and perhaps the fresh blood will have his measure. Blinkers back on and he not only carries the grandstand in weight, but the people too. They love him down here. FERMANAGH LAD is a live hope on the pace. Back to his best last start and this race sets up well for him. SELECTIONS: Sugar Dance for the win.

Sunshine Coast: Race 3 @ 3:45pm (AEDT)

CAPEOS is getting close to a win after placing at his past two starts. Led and fought on well last start when he only missed by a nose and is proven at the distance. May be able to dictate the tempo and that would see him hard to run down. SPEAKING BAD is racing well with top-four finishes at all three starts this time in. Has been strong to the line so expect he is looking for the mile. SHE'S RELIABLE has been mixing her distances but placed at her only attempt at this trip. BABY BACK SHAK is race fit now so could feature. SELECTIONS: #1 Capeos to dictate and win from #6, #5 and #3.

Benalla: Race 6 @ 3:50pm

Triple Shot can lead from Aluf, Oamaru and Ray’s Dream. RAY'S DREAM missed a lip FU at Moonee Valley and then was heavily-backed when a bit luckless at Mornington. Draws to advantage and fitter she is the one to beat. ALUF is a speed runner who improved again missing a lip 2U at Stawell. Looks ready and gets the in-form Dylan Dunn for this. INVINCIBLE FILLE won on debut and then met trouble at Morphettville. Resumes again for the Weir yard off a low draw and keep very safe. TRIPLE SHOT is fast and is an improver who didn’t give them a chance from the front as favourite at Albury. SELECTIONS: #8 Ray’s Dream has more to give and the filly can win third-up.

Sale: Race 7 @ 4:15pm

VAINSTREAM presents off a solid effort at Flemington when he was back early. The extra distance suits and he looks well-place and Walker going on is a bonus. SIR KALAHAD disappointed in the same race but the previous near-miss at this venue reads well. Runs along and no surprise if he bounces right into the photo. BOLD MISSILE has won two of the last three with the latest at Caulfield defying the market. Is sure to go well. GEE WHIZZER may be next best off the heavily-backed 64 win. SELECTIONS: A good race but punting #1 Vainstream has the edge.
