Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on April 7.
A number of TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Sunday and the team at RnS have done their best to find you a winner.
Echuca: Race 3 @ 2:35pm
On-pacers across the barriers and they should run along okay. MUTANAASEQ (7) just missed resuming at Ballarat and then came to the middle distance improving his figure. He has more up the sleeve and rates to take this out. RACING PARADISE (9) is a Team Hayes improver who should be suited by the further rise in trip. He looks a genuine chance. LIKE YOU LOOK (4) has been around the mark and he can fill a spot using the handy gate. ONLY A MOTHER (6) was wide and didn’t do a bad job on debut. He can improve off that. SELECTIONSKeen on #7 Mutanaaseq.

Sunshine Coast: Race 5 @ 4:42pm
Not clear-cut the lead. BARGANNON (3) is a Vandyke improver who missed a lip the latest at Doomben. The further rise in trip suits and he will go close. EAGLE BAY (5) has been going okay and the Eagle Farm run two back reads very well. Expect him to manage the drop in trip. IT AIN'T ALL HONEY (9) missed a nose here and then delivered in the 60 as favourite the same venue. Expect those to stack up and he gets the blinkers again and the handy weight drop. OAKFIELD MONARCH (1) can improve quickly second-up drawn to advantage. SELECTIONS: #3 Bargannon looks to have an edge.
Pinjarra: Race 7 @ 6.25pm
Cappo D'Oro and Five Degrees will ensure the race is run at a genuine clip. Disappointing numbers for the Cup but five of the field have won black-types so the quality is there. The class runner is clearly STAR EXHIBIT (1) who won the 2400m Perth Cup and 1800m Detonator Stakes seven weeks apart before missing a place last start at Bunbury. Unsuited by the slow tempo that day but no such concerns here - should bounce back to winning form. HE'S A PARKER (2) continued his excellent recent form with a tough win in the Bull & Bush Tavern Cup over 2219m at Bunbury last time out. Run-on type suited by the small field and strong tempo so can win again. CAPPO D'ORO (3) has been kept fresh since a close 3rd in the Bunbury Cup over 2000m a month ago. Has good stats at the track and distance and down on the limit weight makes plenty of appeal. COME PLAY WITH ME (4) looks the only other realistic hope. SELECTIONS: Go with the class and back #1 Star Exhibit.
Oakbank: Race 7 @ 4:35pm
Don’t Dismiss can lead from Column and Go Ferrando. PERFECT AWARD (2) improved second-up and will be better for it. Should find his best up in trip and be winning. PEARL BANDIT (6) won the Maiden at the Parks and hasn’t has the best of it the two since. Expect him to be suited the longer journey. DON'T DISMISS (4) runs along and has just missed the last two at the mile. He’s right in it. COLUMN (3) did a good job resuming at Warrnambool and then was plain after. Fitter he has to be considered with the 3kg claim. SELECTIONS: Backing #2 Perfect Award from the hot yard.
