Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on June 12.
Four TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Wednesday at Warwick Farm, Sale, Doomben & Belmont.
Warwick Farm: Race 2 @ 1:20pm
You're Next has the gate speed to cross the small field and lead. DISRUPTOR (5) is fresh from a Queensland sojourn where he wasn't disgraced in a couple of G2 races behind Dubious and Strasbourg. Massive class drop today and with blinkers on out of the inside gate he looks ready to win. YOU'RE NEXT (4) has claims first up from a 21-week spell. Was beaten less than a length at the two runs of his maiden campaign, both over today's distance at Canterbury. Probable leader and will give a ton of cheek. MORENO (6) has been kept fresh since a modest 6th on debut over 1000m at the Kensington track 51 days ago. Likely improver from the Waller yard. VAPORIZING (7) with blinkers on is next best. SELECTIONS: #5 Disruptor looks too smart for these.

Sale: Race 6 @ 3:15pm
GENERAL SHORT (1) will have the drop on these. Good fresh and suited here at the extra trip and with a strong pace. Hard to beat. IKNEWSHEWASMINE (7) is a speedy filly drawn the inside. Will give a big sight. UNLIMITED ABILITY (6) also has good speed and will strip fitter for a fresh up placing. MEAN TO ME (8) has upside on first campaign and is worth including. QUEEN'S AUTHORITY (11) is racing well and drawn a nice alley. SELECTIONS: General Short well placed here.
Belmont: Race 5 @ 4:20pm
Frosty Bay may lead. There are a few promising ones here. MASCHINO MISS (2) seeks the hat-trick off a big win this grade and the sectionals read well. He can settle closer today and is the one to beat. ZARATITE (5) brings strong form from the first preparation and has trialled well with Pike up. He’s got plenty of upside and is feared. I'M ICEY (4) won the Maiden easily resuming when he led and then was a bit plain here after. He’s better then that and an improved run is on the cards. KELLY'S SECRET (9) resumes for the sharp yard and keep him safe. Note: Pike hasn’t stuck from the trial. SELECTIONS: Sticking with #2 Maschino Miss in a sharp race. Putting #4 I’m Icey in everything at good odds.
