Meetings across Australia are today held at Narrandera, Coffs Harbour, Pakenham, Wangaratta, Sunshine Coast, Kalgoorlie, Port Hedland, Port Augusta and Devonport.

SUNSHINE COAST: RACE 9 @ 4:54PM

Good speed in the last with Lucky Fix the likely leader. TAMBO'S MATE (2) recorded a stylish win in a metro-quality race over this course and distance two starts back. Tackled another strong six-furlong race at Doomben last Saturday but copped a heavy check early and failed to recover. Promising three-year-old who finds a far easier assignment today and should be winning. SUPERSONIC BOOM (1) ran a close 2nd over 1000m here first up then floundered in heavy going last time in a run worth putting a line through. Drawn to get all the favours so can bounce back. MISSIE ARCHER (12) felt the pinch late when 3rd over 1000m at this track at her first run for four months. Each-way chance down in the weights. THE PALMS (10) has trialled three times recently and should run well first up. SELECTIONS: #2 Tambo's Mate looks a good thing to close the big card.

WANGARATTA: RACE 8 @ 4:22PM

DISENCHANTED (5) has run on hard and finished second last two. Drawn well and rates a strong winning chance. ANNARBOR (4) has been thereabouts last couple and back in grade here. Should be right in the finish. ERIC THE AXE (1) is a last start winner who overcame traffic to score. Genuine contender under these conditions. SHOCK SHOCK (8) is overdue for a win. Strong hope even with wide barrier. GOOSEY FAIR (18) is working up to a win. This easier and worth following. SELECTIONS: Disenchanted can go one better.

NARRANDERA: RACE 4 @ 1:15PM

Plenty of speedsters engaged. LOGAN RIVER (2) is primed to strike third-up. Raced on the worst part of the track when midfield in a highway last start. Performance in a BM70 at Canberra prior to that also held plenty of merit. Ticking over well. Short straight here will suit him. MAGNAVALE (5) continues to improve. Tested at midweek level in Melbourne last start and came up short. Two wins around this region prior were dominant. Can hit back. SALTY KISSES (10) is racing in her third state in three starts. Not disgraced at Morphettville last start. Hasn't won for awhile but will present like the winner at some stage. SELECTIONS: Logan River with some strong formlines. Backing to win.

PORT AUGUSTA: RACE 3 @ 1:40PM

Indian Mo a likely leader. WHEN STARS ALIGN (6) is ex McEvoy peaking for the new yard off stronger Maidens including in Victoria. He's been away a month and shouldn't be bothered by the dip in trip. INDIAN MO (2) runs along and also presents off stronger Maidens. He gets the claim and will take running down in this line-up. THEE QUEEN BEE (8) is a former Victorian resuming for the new yard with a claim. She will race over further but needs to be kept safe. GOOD TIME MADAM (10) got close here the latest and is in the mix holding that. SELECTIONS: #6 When Stars Align looks suited.

COFFS HARBOUR: RACE 4 @ 2:45PM

Go Joyce Go is very quick. Drawn inside. GO JOYCE GO (11) is ready to win. Two runs back have been full of merit. Gave plenty of cheek at Newcastle last start but just knocked up late, finishing third. Handy drop in grade this afternoon. Will be quick into stride from the inside draw and this is his for the taking. ALL ABOUT CHARLIE (9) has been up awhile. Form here reads well. Good from the back at Grafton last start. Back in trip is a knock but she doesn't know how to run poorly. ELITE DUBLEO (12) will need a good ride from the alley. Handy pull in the weights on last start. Nearing on two years since his last win but is always a chance for the multiples. TOY BOY (1) best of the rest. SELECTIONS: Go Joyce Go will take plenty of catching

DEVONPORT SYNTHETIC @ 3:20PM

Exclusive Saturday to go back to leading. BREATHTAKING (1) hasn't won by much but has gotten the job done lately. She will need some luck early on. Newitt rides her with confidence. IVORYMAN (7) is nearing a win. He closed his last one off nicely. Whether he needs more now? EXCLUSIVE SATURDAY (5) ran so well two back that that would work better in front. Better grade today. DOTHRAKI PRINCESS (4) put herself on the speed and kept going two weeks back. Likes it here. ENZIAN (8) will use the inside draw to her advantage. SELECTIONS: Take Breathtaking and Dothraki Princess for a win.
