Updates on Stewards' follow-ups to Friday and Sunday meetings

SINGAPORE OCTOBER MEETING 2019 - FRIDAY, 18 OCTOBER 2019:

RACE 1 [TF1315]

A veterinary examination on Saturday, 19 October 2019 revealed that NOVA FACTOR (D Moor) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 5 [TF1319]

On Monday, 21 October 2019, Trainer R Le Grange advised that he could offer no explanation for the performance of PINDUS (V Duric) and added that the gelding had passed a veterinary examination on Saturday, 19 October 2019. He will continue with its current preparation.

RACE 6 [TF1320]

On Monday, 21 October 2019, Trainer J Peters advised that MA BAO BAO (V Duric) had pulled up well, and he could offer no explanation for the disappointing performance. He will continue with its current preparation.

RACE 8 [TF1322]

A veterinary examination on Saturday, 19 October 2019 revealed that NORTHERN SUN (V Duric) had returned lame off (right) hind. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 8 [TF1322]

On Monday, 21 October 2019, Stable representative for Trainer DL Freedman, Ms C Iizuka, advised that TOM CAT (J Azzopardi) had pulled up well, and attributed the performance to suffering interference at the start and then being held up in the home straight.
