Goulburn: Race 7 @ 4:30pm

Quackerjack rolls along with some attention. Small but select field in this years Goulburn Cup. Handle The Truth (4) was superb winning The Kosciuszko last start. It was a brilliant piece of training by Keith Dryden. He tackled the race second-up as oppose to a few key dangers in Noble Boy (meets here) and Victorem resuming and it paid off. Everything behind him had their chance. His form is impeccable and all he has to do is run the trip. Inside draw probably isn't the best for him either but banking on him to have the wood on Noble Boy once again. NOBLE BOY (5) lost no admirers in The Kozzy. Looked the winner at the furlong but condition just gave out late. Trounced his rivals in the Country Championships final over this distance. His backers will be praying for some rain and the forecast says it'll come. Big threat and a good opportunity for Brodie Loy. QUACKERJACK (7) will make it a genuinely run race. He's not to be left alone in front. Went down fighting behind Greyworm (winner again since) first-up. SELECTIONS: Handle The Truth goes on top. Watch the weather radar with Noble.

Muswellbrook: Race 5 @ 4.05pm.

Moshway and Dubai Harbour from opposite sides of the draw will battle for the early lead. Moshway (3) led and battled on gamely once headed to be beaten only 1.6 lengths in open company first up over 1250m at Taree. Hasn't won for around two years but this is a huge drop in class and with the right run out of gate one he can end the drought. PAPA JOHN (10) raced handy then proved a little too strong for his maiden rivals first up over 1100m at Narromine. This is obviously tougher but he has plenty of upside and G Ryan sticks. MISTERZEE (6) started favourite but found subsequent winner Apache Lad too strong over 1400m at Tamworth recently. Drawn awkwardly but if he can slot in with cover he is certain to be in the finish. PATAGONIAN (8) broke the maiden status with a very soft win over 1200m at Port Macquarie last start. Can go on with it from a good gate. DUBAI HARBOUR (4) is another last start maiden winner who cannot be underestimated. SELECTIONS: #3 Moshway is perfectly graded to crack a long-awaited win.

Cairns: Race 6 @ 2:50pm (AEDST)

Hot Shot Harry leads from Dream I Can. Hot Shot Harry (2) went down to Townsville and made the hat-trick winning easily. Gets a weight drop and draws to advantage and can keep things rolling off a brief freshen. WALLANDER (8) won and then just missed in Open grade at this venue and prepared to forgive the Innisfail flop after. Rates well, but will need a good ride from the tricky gate. DREAM I CAN (6) gets the weight drop and the last start Townsville effort stacks up. SELECTIONS: Backing Hot Shot Harry.
