Bendigo: Race 7 @ 4:30pm

Not a lot of early speed on paper. Converging and Duke Of Boneo will be prominent while Pissaro and Necessitas could race handy. Bad luck last start prevented SKYWAY STAR (6) making it two on the trot to start this campaign. She was wide without cover but still only went down narrowly. She drops 3 kilos and meets Silence The Stars 2 kilos better in this race. Extra distance should suit and she's easy to like. CONVERGING (7) looms as a danger having placed at his past three including a win over this distance. Keep safe. PISSARO (3) is hard to catch but broke through last start and he'll only be suited by the extra distance. SILENCE THE STARS (1) meets Skyway Star worse off at the weights but can't underestimated. SKILLED ASSASSIN (5) is an outside place chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Skyway Star stands out.

Hawkesbury: Race 5 @ 4:25pm

Good speed upfront. SHE'S IDEEL (6) still has plenty to learn. Will take a good effort to beat Wexford first-up but she's a horse on the up. Didn't do much run last preparation, culminating with a gap job at Goulburn. Trialled sharply for her return. Watch the market. LOVED ONE (1) has been going through the motions this time in. Good in the Snake Gully Cup two back. That form reads well. Tricky to catch but the claim suits. DREAMING FOR MORE (4) for the multi players. SUGGESTED PLAY: Like the chances of She's Ideel.

Sunshine Coast: Race 6 @ 3:50pm

Plenty of pacesetters engaged. Good race this. BRING IT HOME POP (6) caught the eye when finishing off strongly into second at Doomben on resumption. His record at this track is top shelf. Presents with a sense of timing about him. Has options from the inside alley and should be fighting out the finish. THE PINES (9) just keeps on winning. She's 4/5 now overall including 3/3 at this track. Takes a massive step into open company today but disrespect her at your peril. DREAM MASTER (5) always gives his all. Overall record is very good. Hasn't been at his best in two prior runs at this track but we know how good he is on his day. Will give you a sight. I DREAM OF GREEN (8) was a strong winner last start and must be included in the exotics. SELECTION: Bring It Home Pop in a very competitive race.

Bunbury Race 6 @ 7:45pm

Katisu may lead but not a lot of early speed. ICE TRADE (4) was much to good winning the Maiden third-up. He keeps getting better and can go on with it from the handy gate. SCENIC JOURNEY (6) resumes and has ability. Has trialled twice and may be more forward this time around. Expect her to be hitting the line. JADAVI (5) made sharp improvement winning the Maiden and draws well today. She gets the chance to go on. POKEMON PETE (2) can improve without surprising. SELECTION: #4 Ice Trade can go on with it.

Canberra Race 6 @ 4:05pm

Flying Yankee can cross over and lead and there will be a number on her tail. FLYING YANKEE (6) was expected to win resuming at Wagga where she led and snapped late. Three runs back she won the Maiden here by 3L and that level of performance would see her tough to beat. She may control this and is fitter is sure to take beating. REDICON (9) won the Open 3 resuming at Queanbeyan heavily-backed coming off the Black Opal. He will push forward and has plenty up the sleeve. WHO'S SHOUT (3) resumes and has plenty of ability. Has placed 2/3 fresh and gets the blinkers again. Cahill's booking is a positive and he should be powering home. SUCCESSFUL DAY (1) brings good form from the first preparation and will have come on. The rail is an advantage and she's a hope. SELECTION: Tough contests all day. #6 Flying Yankee can win this at best and back if the money comes.

Bordertown Race 5 @ 3:05 pm

Mint To Me can use the rail and lead. HASTA LA FIORENTE (4) came to this trip and ran easily his best race placing at Murray Bridge. He runs along and will manage the outside gate okay. Expect him to be winning. IT'S CHOUX TIME (3) won the 58 three weeks ago at Swan Hill and has been saved for this. The claim is handy and he gets the chance to go on. LOOKING AROUND (2) is capable this distance range and can make quick improvement third-up with Gatt taking over. MINT TO BE (5) is a leader who may hang on the fill a minor slot. SELECTION: #4 Hasta La Fiorente should have an edge.
