Eigtht TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Sunday at Sale, Grafton, Coonamble, Benalla, Cairns, Mount Barker, Murray Bridge and Alice Springs.

Sale: Race 7 @ 4:50pm

Sierra Sue, Fantome Lady and possibly Lady Annabel should ensure a genuine early tempo. KUSARI (6) built his form nicely in three runs to start his career prior to spelling. The 1400m looks ideal and despite a moderate Trial in preparation he can kick off this campaign in winning form. VITANI (10) has won two from three third up runs and looks well placed in this race with the Blinkers going on. She's worth consideration. MAGAZINE (9) creates plenty of interest first up drawn nicely. She was a winner first up last preparation over this distance and was Listed placed prior to spelling. She has plenty of upside. Include. SIERRA SUE (11) impressed on debut winning narrowly. This is harder but she's open to further improvement. ALESSANDRO (1) resumes from a long break and is better over further but is worth including on class alone. SELECTIONS: Kusari can progress to better races.

Murray Bridge: Race 5 @ 3:50pm

Heart Like Mine may cross over and lead them up. OUTLANDOS (1) just missed resuming at Bendigo in stronger for the leading yard. Did a big job in that and this time last year was beaten 1.5L at Group 2 level at Flemington. He will make sharp improvement and should have these well covered. AURMAN ZOU (3) has had one blip in a string of placings and has just missed here the latest. Gets a good draw and is also a quinella hope. YIN AND YANG (5) has been okay the last two in town and shouldn't be far away. SELECTION: #1 Outlandos is very well-suited, looks hard to beat.

Benalla: Race 4 @ 2:25pm

Dalsupa and Alphaville to roll along at a modest clip. ALPHAVILLE (5) returned from a four-month spell with an eye-catching 2nd over 1400m at Pakenham last start, making significant late ground after racing very wide. Draws beautifully this time and will relish the mile second up. SINGLE CROWN (8) started favourite and was strong late but found one better when resuming over 1400m at Wangaratta last time out. Consistent gelding ideally placed out to this trip with that run under the belt. BIG DARRYL (1) broke a string of 2nds with a luckless 6th over 1400m at Warrnambool recently. Nicely in after the claim and can bounce back. Big gap to the next pick JUST MOONCOIN (7). SELECTIONS:  #5 Alphaville ticks every box.

Coonamble: Race 1 @ 12:55pm

Speed up in the air with so many first starters. LUCKY BANNER (4) is the one to beat. He's been close-up in all three starts to begin his career. Kept on well at Armidale most recently. Learning all the time. Stays at the 1100m and his race experience should take him a long way in this. MEGA CELEBRATION (6) debuts for John Lundholm. She trialled nicely without being extended at Dubbo a month ago. Two siblings to race have both won. Respect any market moves. MISCHIEF MANAGED (7) represents an astute stable. Greg Ryan booked to steer. Muswellbrook trial was encouraging. She can measure-up without shock. YALLAH SUNRISE (8) with luck from the wide alley can make her presence felt. SELECTIONS: #4 Lucky Banner to open proceedings.

Alice Springs: Race 1 @ 12:00pm

They always run along here but it's not exactly clear who takes it up. MAUDY (5) peaks and has never raced better. Just missed level 8 days ago and can go one better using the rail. WAYANKA (2) resumed at Moonee Valley in much stronger and then impressed placing here fir the new yard. Hasn't missed a beat and gets the low draw and handy 2kg claim. He's feared. HUSSON PARK (6) returned in good order and has more to give. She won't be far away. SELECTIONS: Very keen on #5 Maundy.

Mount Barker: Race 4 @ 6:00pm

It's not clear who leads (maybe Diamonds Are For All), but they should run along okay. DEANGLES (2) just missed here before improving again winning this grade and venue. Gets the weight lift but looks up to repeating. ATHLONE CASTLE (3) has returned to racing improved and it was a big effort beaten a lip 16 days ago. Back up to this trip won't bother and he will be right in it with a good ride. CLASSIC ROGUE (4) won the Maiden easily on the same day and the lightly raced galloper can go on from that. DIAMONDS FOR ALL (1) resumed in stronger grade and can make quick improvement with the 2kg claim and using the low gate. SELECTIONS: Backing #2 Deangles.
