Australian thoroughbred meetings are today held at Toowoomba, Wellington, Wagga, Ballarat and Kalgoorlie.

Toowoomba Race 9 @ 3:45pm

Evamac and Glenbawns Dutchess can make the speed from low gates. Jadentom (5) resumes and just missed twice at Stakes level near the back of the last campaign. Has won 3/5 fresh and gets a form hoop. Will be too good if presented on song. TISANI TOMSO (1) spelled off strong peaks and the veteran is sure to be ready to go. Draws well with a handy 3kg claim and likes the track and trip. CAMBOOYA ROCK (7) ran on well and didn't miss by far the latest. Is well in the mix drawn the rail and with the weight drop. EVAMAC (8) ran her best race leading and winning at Ipswich. The 3kg claimer can use the low gate and she won't be far away. SELECTIONS: #5 Jadentom should have an edge.

Toowoomba Computer Card - May 10

Ballarat: Race 4 @ 1:55pm

Not a lot of early speed on paper and no obvious leader. Exact Replica, Bones, Bladnoch and Space Cowboy could be prominent early. Stretto (8) resumes here having placed three from four starts prior to spelling with his only unplaced run coming in the Magic Millions Maiden on the Gold Coast. The stable and jockey combination is in great form at the moment and he'll be hard to beat on his home track despite the wide draw. SPACE COWBOY (7) resumes here and he has shown enough in three starts to suggest he can be competitive here fresh if he can overcome the wide barrier. EXACT REPLICA (10) is finding it hard to break through but was close up behind Lunakorn at her last start over this distance. Keep safe. BELLOWS (1) finished off nicely first up when third and with further improvement can figure here. BONES (3) ran well on debut at this track when in the market and is worth including in exotics. SELECTIONS: Stretto looks hard to beat on his home track.

Wellington: Race 5 @ 2:50pm

Pure Faith may be the one to lead. Pure Faith (8) has had a heavy track blip in a string of high-rating efforts and there was only a lip in it at Port Macquarie the latest. She's well bred and in good hands and can win controlling the race from the rail. EVA'S DEEL (10) is an improver who deserved the BM50 win making it 2/4. Is a threat with a good ride from the tricky gate. CLEVER MISSILE (5) got back and looked in need of it resuming. His best would have him in the finish, and he gets the handy 3kg claim. Expect improvement. NARROW NECK NELSON (7) may be best of the rest. SELECTIONS: #8 Pure Faith will get favours in the run and will take beating.

Wagga: Race 3 @ 3:00pm

Ahadi Farasi looks the likely leader. Glorious Dream (5) improved again placing here second-up on the heavy and didn't have the best of it. Draws out, but gets the form jockey and won't have to improve much to take this out. MISS ELSIE MAY (1) presents off three near-misses well-backed, and placed ahead of the above the latest. She's one that can sit handy and is sure to go close again. AHADI FARASI (8)
led resuming and ran out of puff late. She has more to offer and gets Ward for the apprentice. Will stick on much better today and looks the other winning chance. SIGNAL HILL (3) resumes off the rail and is likely to come back improved. SELECTIONS: The Canberra-trained #5 Glorious Dream looks tough to beat with high-stable striker McDougall going on.

Kalgoorlie: Race 7 @ 6:15pm (AEST)

Wembley Dayz can cross over and lead and they will run along okay. Aboard (9) had no luck at Pinjarra and then delivered the Maiden win here in good fashion for the new yard. That stacks right up and she can repeat drawn to advantage. KNIGHT TEMPEST (2) won comfortably and then worked home well to place second at this level. Comes to peak now and will get every chance to bounce back. COCKATIEL (1) comes back in trip and has been racing in stronger company. Has had a freshen and draws well with the handy 3kg claim. NORD AVENIR (5) has been knocking on the door and finds easier. Gets the form jockey but he will have to be at his best managing the wide gate. SELECTIONS: #9 Aboard can go on with it now.
