Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on June 25.
Five TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Casino, Kembla Grange, Moe, Cairns & Pinjarra.
Kembla Grange: Race 7 @ 3:50pm
Classy Anna should race close to the speed. MATOWATAKPE (5) has a consistent overall record. Huge run from the back at Hawkesbury first-up, going down a narrow margin. He's a big chance on that. Has 60kg to contend with but will be fitter. Leading player. CLASSY ANNA (6) is having her first start for the new stable (Ex Allan Denham). Backed up by an astute CV. Winning strike rate is good and despite resuming off a lengthy spell, she should be thereabouts. CHARM OFFENSIVE (4) is always around this level. RAFHA'S CHOICE (3) best of the rest. Speedy type who has a real liking for this track. SELECTIONS: Matowatakpe gets the nod.

Moe: Race 3 @ 1:30pm
There's early speed right across the barriers with Make An Effort a likely leader crossing from the wide gate. PLATINI (3) was just beaten on debut in the Open 2 at Flemington and he resumes as a gelding off a very long break. He gets Stackhouse, and the advantageous gate, and only has to be presented ready to be winning at Maiden level. MISTER MONARO (2) resumes for the new yard off two placed runs and was heavily-bet the latest. He will have come on and has the speed to manage the sticky gate. Keep him very safe. FELINE ADVISORY (7) was plain as favourite at Echuca, but the first-up run was good. She can make quick improvement for a star yard. MAKE AN EFFORT (10) is an improver knocking on the door and can cross from the wide gate and control the race. She looks a hope managing that economically. SELECTIONS: #3 Platini should have these covered and the early market says he’s ready to go.
Casino: Race 5 @ 2:55pm
Dollson will boot up from the inside gate to hold the lead at a good clip. WILLO TITTO (2) made a pleasing return from a 24-week spell last start, knuckling down late to get up for 3rd at the end of a 1300m Bm62 at Toowoomba in soft going. Second up form reads nicely and she is yet to miss the top-three in four runs over today's trip. Drawn ideally so ticks every box. TIS TOBY (11) was back in form last time out, overcoming some bad luck in running to be beaten just a length over 1225m at Grafton. Doesn't win out of turn but performs best when the track is wet. CANE CUTTER (4) caught the eye last start when third up from a spell, closing strongly to grab 2nd over 1590m at Ballina in a Class 1. Goes up a level today and is dropping back in trip but with added fitness cannot be ruled out. The lightly raced DRAGON PURSUIT (6) scored a tough maiden win last start. Open to further improvement. SELECTIONS: Hard to go past #2 Willo Titto.
Pinjarra: Race 8 @ 5:25pm
Super Teroitoa can lead from Jag The Joker and the field will run along. CONQUERED ZONE (9) presents as another strong winning chance for the Team-Williams-Pike linkage. He won the Maiden here before spelling and brings two recent trial wins with Pike aboard. Pike's ability balances the tricky gate and the gelding looks very hard to beat. GIFTED WARRIOR (10) peaks and has been close-up the last two at better level. Has to come back in trip but is capable of making the finish. SUPER TEROITOA (5) disappointed here the, latest but won easily this grade at Belmont prior and is a chance on that. ROSIE RED DRESS (8) resumes off Listed grade and will race over further. Goes well fresh and won't be far away with the 4kg claim. SELECTIONS: Pike looks to have a mortgage on the first four races at skinny odds. He’s staying around to ride #9 Conquered Zone in Race 8, who’s at an each way quote. The last half of the card is packed with good betting races.
