Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on July 9.
Five TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Grafton, Kembla Grange, Sale, Cairns & Pinjarra.
Grafton: Race 2 @ 12:50pm
Will run along in this. ENTERPRISE KEREN (3) is a smart individual. Her form to start her career speaks for itself. Got the job done with little fuss at Ballina last start. Greets this race at the peak of her powers. One to beat. STONECOLD FLEX (2) will lead and give some cheek. Stuck on well in a Highway race most recently. Never runs poorly. Will have admirers. AUNTIE MONNIE (4) found one better last start at Tamworth. Her win on debut prior was full of merit. Sharply up in trip but has the ability to bounce back. SELECTIONS: Enterprise Keren straight out.

Kembla Grange: Race 3 @ 1:45pm
Will run along in this. TECTONICUS (8) ran out his skin on debut at Newcastle. Spotted the lead a substantial margin on straightening and once clear, he sprouted wings to get within a length of the winner. Form through the race has been strong (two subsequent winners). With natural improvement he's the one to beat. EL COHETE (2) performed above expectations here on debut. He'll appreciate the rise in trip and is right in the mix. DIVINE BREATH (9) was placed despite being well beaten here on debut. She's been given time by the stable and the home track advantage helps. Not the worst. DOCTOR MANCINI (1) best of the remainder. SELECTIONS: Tectonicus gets the nod.
Sale: Race 6 @ 3:00pm
Zoushack can lead and there are a number who will keep him honest. SHUSH (6) resumes off two near-misses in stronger city grade and before those was a big Maiden winner fresh. Oliver rides from a low gate for a leading yard and the filly will have come on and should be winning. SAPPHIRE CROWN (3) is promising and resumes off the debut win when he ran along. He will be fitter and has to be kept very safe. ZOUSHACK (2) may control the race and is up to this at best. He draws well and is a player reaching peak for a leading yard. CARIBBEAN PEARL (4) made a rating spike just missing at 70 level at Swan Hill. That gives her each way claims. SELECTIONS: #6 Shush is the one to beat kicking off in a suitable assignment.
Pinjarra: Race 7 @ 5:40pm
Super Teroitoa can lead from Fair Joy and Playing Zeus. DELTA BELLE (8) resumes for a star yard (currently striking at a whopping 44%) and the red-hot Pike (34%) sticks from the recent trial. She will race over further, but looks to be wound right up and will be winning if she is. LUKE'S CHOICE (2) has been knocking on the door and there was nothing in it here 14 days ago. He keeps improving and will get every chance to go one better. SUPER TEROITOA (4) is fast and can come over and control the race. He just found one too good here the latest and will go close again keeping the 3kg claim. FAIR JOY (6) made a ratings spike beaten 1L by Foo Trouble and is well in the mix at odds given a good ride. SELECTIONS: Backing #8 Delta Belle in a good contest. #2 Luke's Choice the quinella.
