Gundagai: Race 6 @ 4:00pm

Genuine pace as Burrangong and Zoey Lass leads Rent A Rock. RENT A ROCK (1) produced a solid enough effort in a Highway race last Saturday. He'll come into his own stepping up to 1800m. Drawn for a kinder run and should be ready third-up. ATTAINMENT (3) is a mudlark who has a good record here. Proved two back that he still warrants plenty of respect in these 58's. Threat. ONLY A DREAM (7) was too bad to be true when a beaten favourite at Albury last start. Returns to the home track and should be kept safe. ZOEY LASS (6) is back to the scene of the crime. Won a good form race here two starts ago. Draws pole. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Rent A Rock.

Geelong: Race 6 @ 3:40pm

CARRIE (9) returned with a second last start behind the in form Fudged in town. She appears to have plenty of upside and can use this as a springboard to better races. With added fitness and a rise in distance she looks hard to beat. BRILLIANT VENTURE (4) finished midfield when first up last start but was Group 2 placed last Spring and has to be respected here with that run under his belt. CHASKA (1) creates plenty of interest here second up off an encouraging run at this track last start. Include. WISH I MIGHT (11) caught the eye late last start behind Fudged and appeals on an each way basis. VITANI (13) comes through the same race and is worth including in the multiples. SUGGESTED PLAY: Follow Carrie.

Sunshine Coast: Race 3 @ 2:05pm

Not much in the way of a noted leader but both Bering Sea and Concave can forge to the lead and set the tempo. WOWSERS (6) has reached a new level this time in. He's had the two starts and won them both. Overcame difficulty by sprinting strongly once clear at Ipswich most recently. Going from strength to strength and should have no issues with the journey. The testing material. BERING SEA (1) is racing in honest fashion. Placed to Aqua Vite in town last start. Needs another win but the drop back in grade helps substantially. Certainly good enough. SNIPPETSPEED (5) was disappointing at the Gold Coast last start. Can produce the odd shocker but if he came here in his right frame of mind he'd go close. TOGA PICTA (3) third-up is a strong each-way chance in a small but competitive race. SUGGESTED PLAY: Wowsers to complete the hat-trick.

Alice Springs Race 3 @ 3:12pm

Nothing to run them along but they push forward on the dirt. CELTIC BELLE (1) placed twice before delivering the 54 win off the wide gate. Draws low and rates to go on with it. ARTISTIC FOCUS (3) hasn't won for a while but will be better for the first-up placing and gets the rail and the handy 2kg claim. DENATIN (2) peaks and hasn't been having the best of it. She draws well and is a player with Treichel back on. KUMMERLINGS (5) improved finding one better the latest as favourite and is in the mix. SELECTION: # 1 Celtic Belle is well-placed to repeat.

Kalgoorlie Race 7 @ 6:20pm

Little early pressure engaged with Fair Sonari, Western Temple and Missile Launch racing handiest. WESTERN TEMPLE (4) has just missed at Belmont both runs back and is a Listed performer well-placed to win at this level. He draws to advantage for the top local yard and there's a sense of timing about him. COME PLAY WITH ME (1) resumes for the (new) Durrant yard and won a Group 1 at Randwick for Chris Waller. He won't know himself in this company and owns sharp trials. He looks ready to go and keep a very close eye on the market. FAIR SONARI (6) led first up and made a ratings spike winning the Goldfields-Tatts Club Cup two weeks ago. Fitter he will get every chance to repeat. MISSILE LAUNCH (2) got a lot closer at Belmont second-up and is in the mix getting a soft run from the rail. SELECTION: #4 Western Temple can win fitter and bringing a big peak figure from the latest.

Naracoorte Race 2 @ 2:45pm

Small field and Masterati should comfortably find the front. DENREKLAW (2) seeks the hat-trick and won the 62 by a big space here the latest. He gets the handy claim and rates to go right on with it box-seating from the rail. NEVER SHORT (3) peaks and got close at Murray Bridge the latest. He gets a soft run from the wide gate and should be right in the finish with the weight relief. MASTERATI (1) led and missed a nose this grade at Bordertown. Gets the 2kg claim and advantageous gate and back 100m will suit the speedster. DABAY (5) resumes and would be a player if presented. He usually needs a couple but is a watch. MONTRE (4) will be better third-up and may be next best. SELECTION: #2 Denreklaw should be winning again.
