Kyneton: Race 6 @ 4:00pm
NIRVANA (2) just missed last start when first up and he can go close again here with added fitness. He was a close up third in town when second up last campaign behind the capable Maclairey, which reads well for this race. SUROOJ (11) will find this easier than recent assignments in town where she hasn't been disgraced behind Wise Council and Flash Flood. She has the form to take this out. BARBIE'S BOY (6) came with a big run when winning last start in lesser grade but has to be respected here. SLEEPLESS (7) is fitter here second up, out to this trip and creates interest on an each way basis. Keep safe.
MAINLAND (9) impressed when winning last start at this track in Maiden grade and could go on with it here if the track came up rain affected.

Ballina: Race 7 @ 5:35pm
Brinkmanship can work over to the lead from wide out and there will be pressure. RESET'S SON (2) led and deserved the CL3 win at Eagle Farm at the mile and then led again there and was okay in much stronger. This suits a lot better and he's clearly the one to beat stalking the lead with the handy claim. RIGHTEOUSNESS (6) hasn't won for a long while but has run the quinella the last two and she's a player using the rail. BRINKMANSHIP (1) was disappointing the latest but was good the one before also at the Gold Coast and also finds easier grade. He will push forward and gets his chance first time this trip. HEAD UP HIGH (5) was okay having his first run for Matt Dunn and the extra trip suits. He has the ability and quick improvement won't surprise. SELECTION: Keen on # 2 Reset's Son. SUGGESTED PLAY: Nirvana appeals.
Cootamundra: Race 2 @ 1:30pm
Strong early tempo with London Gal and Attuned likely pacemakers. LONDON GAL (9) is in the sharp Matt Dale yard and led and won the Maiden easily on debut as the market expected. He keeps McDougall and can go right on with it over the longer sprint drawn to advantage. ATTUNED (3) is fast and has led and just missed the last two. Expect him to go close racing at peak. DEBIT CREDIT (2) sat handy and made a ratings spike at Corowa on a good track winning the Maiden. He's in the mix building on that. SMARTKAP (8) is also a last start Maiden winner who won't be far away racing handy. #9 London Gal is promising and can make it a double.
Sunshine Coast: Race 8 @ 4:55pm
Expecting Ashzaya, Zoofari and Incheon Express to run them along. INCHEON EXPRESS (1) led and won on debut by 5L on the Ballarat synthetic and then switched to the Kendrick yard and missed 1L here in stronger heavily-bet. Resumes today after 77 days and Cahill sticks. The promising galloper is sure to have come on and this looks the right starting point. ZOOFARI (10) improved again third-up missing a lip at Eagle Farm this grade. She draws to ride the speed and will go close with the extra fitness. KAVAK (2) resumes as a gelding for the Munce yard and has trialled well at Doomben. He can be in the finished presented forward as expected. APPLECROSS (4) resumed at Ipswich and won the Maiden easily as expected. Draws well and deserves consideration presenting fitter. SELECTION: Expecting #1 Incheon Express to have an edge.
Northam Race 5 @ 5:30pm
Genuine pace with Burn One Down and Jacka's Mob leading the way. HOLY ENCHANTMENT (6) did about what was expected first-up and then was heavily-backed winning the Maiden by a space as expected up to this trip. Impressed and despite the tricky gate looks well-capable of winning again. BURN ONE DOWN (4) has missed a lip the last three from the pace and deserves the win. The 3kg claim is handy but some luck is required crossing over from the sticky gate. MIYAGI (12) returned to racing improved winning the Belmont Maiden and won't be far away building on that. BRAVE CALL (1) is also a last-start Maiden winner with claims. SELECTION: #6 Holy Enchantment showed a lot the latest and looks the bet.
