Four TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Hawkesbury, Ballarat, Rockhampton & Geraldton.
Ballarat: Race 9 @ 5:00pm
Strong early pace with Stay Gold and Daania the most prominent on jumping. MEGAMEA (2) comes back in class off the last two and there was nothing in it at this trip and venue the latest. That was a big effort and she can deliver the deserved win drawn better and with Stackhouse sticking. EMERALD CROWN (4) has won two of the last three and was back to her best the latest on the synthetic. Raced favourite in that and will be right in it bringing that form to the grass. PRIVATE LOUNGE (1) resumed in good order in stronger and then was caught wide after and forgive. She has more to give and is an each way chance to break a winning drought. STAY GOLD (12) resumes and would win this at best. She will use the low draw and the late market will say if she's ready to go. SELECTIONS: This is winnable for #2 Megamea.

Rockhampton: Race 6 @ 5:25pm
Daunting Queen has enough early speed to find the front and set a moderate tempo. BARACHIEL (1) just missed twice at Eagle Farm before the Yeppoon win. Was slow off there after and prepared to forgive. Gets the low gate and the form hoop today for the apprentice and can bounce back. BOGEY MAN (2) deserved the Open win here and then went south and was plainer the two runs in 80 grade. He's switched yards on a 26 day return and expect a much better run. HEYINGTON (4) resumes and is up to this at best. He's sharp fresh and can pop up here without surprising. SPRING CREEK (3) has been knocking on the door and also has claims using the rail. SELECTIONS: Competitive but #1 Barachiel is the one to beat.
