Three TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Monday at Ballina, Corowa & Ballarat.

Ballarat: Race 7 @ 4:30pm

Off the inside draw Franquin can bounce straight to the lead and set a solid tempo. TSUGARU (2) has just been beaten twice since the debut win and was heavily-bet at Kyneton the latest. The star yard is sure to have him further improved and he can win getting a soft run from the handy gate. APPROVED ANGER (3) keeps improving and there was only a nose in it 16 days ago at Avoca. He races handy and gets the chance to go one better. FIFTYONESTATES (6) has been good both runs in after getting back from wide gates. She gets a better draw today and the lift to the mile suits. In a form yard and is a player with the small claim. SO ASTOUNDING (7) ran his best race placing at Kyneton but is cruelled today by the outside gate. SELECTIONS: #2 Tsugaru is promising and can take this out.

Corowa: Race 3 @ 2:40pm

No noted leader and Tsunami Army could well find herself in front. TSUNAMI ARMY (9) runs along and improved placing at Wagga and then was game beaten at lip after. The 2kg claim is handy and the mare will make short work of the sticky gate. Gets her chance today and the Olive barn has a 28% strike rate at this track. VILLIANAIRE (5) missed less than two lengths at Benalla 10 days ago making sharp improvement. He only has to hold that form to go close. THE BANJO (4) hasn't reached his Victorian peaks for the new yard but made the placings at Wagga the latest after a tough run and may have turned the corner. ROCK 'N' TORI (7) gets the form hoop and may be best of the rest. SELECTIONS: #9 Tsunami Army deserves the win and gets her chance.

Ballina: Race 4 @ 3:35pm

Expecting a moderate pace with Cool Intelligence and Senshi Spirit taking up the running. KAAYDEH (4) resumes off good efforts in stronger Maidens and was only beaten 1L at the Sunshine Coast on debut. Owns a Doomben trial win and looks well-capable of taking this out with a good ride from the claimer. COOL INTELLIGENCE (7) gets to peak fitness for a leading barn and pulled up with an issue the latest when heavily-bet. Placed at the Gold Coast prior and she's feared using the low gate. MISS PIERPOINT (5) comes out of the same race and didn't have the best of it. Won't be far away with a soft run from the rail. FLICK (3) next best on the 6-day return.  SELECTIONS: #4 Kaaydeh looks ready to go and rates well.
