Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on November 15.
Seven TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Sunday at Dubbo, Geelong, Donald, Cairns, Albany, Hobart and Canberra.
Dubbo: Race 3 @ 2:45pm
DANZA IN THE DARK (3) finds a nice race to breakthrough. Held his own in a better race at Scone last time out. Step to 1300m appears a plus and from the inside alley he'll have no excuses. BEACH HOUSE (10) has been thereabouts this campaign. Will need luck in the run but off her effort two back she's a big hope. Senior rider takes the steer. ZEMDEGS (8) is on the quick back-up and out in trip. Can improve. CAPITAL VENTURE (2) and REACH BEYOND (9) for the exotics. SELECTION: #3 Danza In The Dark straight out.

Geelong: Race 7 @ 5:00pm
Genuine pace as Roanoke Rhonda and Drysdale Spirit forge to the lead but lots of pressure behind them. SLEEK ACHEEVA (5) could be one of the better bets today. Gets a big tick over the distance let alone being so consistent otherwise. RUTHERFORD (1) takes on easier company first-up this time. Is among the winning chances. LOLAROSIE (9) might need a run or two but on ability can be a place chance at least. SPINRICH (14) has been consistent but might find a few better here. Does go ok over the distance. MISCHIEVOUS LAD (3) has been really consistent and a good run at odds wouldn't surprise. Has to go in. SELECTION: #5 Sleek Acheeva the win.
Albany: Race 5 @ 6:45pm
Solid tempo and Big Summer should stride to the lead. MISS ZEDEL (2) has been close up at Ascot both runs back and will use the handy gate. Is very well-placed by the leading yard and should be winning with the handy claim. MR MT WALKER (1) raced favourite resuming and was just okay. Gets a 3kg claim today and can improve quickly at this trip drawn to advantage. FANGIO (6) brings good form to resumption and goes on the fresh side. Has had a trial warmer and can ride the speed from the rail and make the finish. OXBRIDGE (4) will be better for the first-up run and is in the mix with McGruddy taking over. SELECTION: Expecting #2 Miss Zedel to have them covered.
Canberra: Race 6 @ 4:05pm
Bezos can lead and there are a number who can keep him honest. SCARLEO (8) runs along and won at Rosehill and then disappointed at Randwick after being used-up from the wide gate when well-supported. He's won a Canberra trial since and the form jockey sticks from that. Draws to advantage and can bounce back. MOOKAREENA (5) impressed winning this grade and track 12 days ago over a sprint. She's placed at the mile and is going much better this campaign. She will push forward and is a player is she sees it right out. LOLITA GOLD (7) missed 1L resuming against the above and has strong figures this track and distance. Draws to advantage and should be right in it. BEZOS (1) led as favourite and won the Open comfortably at Wagga, Gets a big weight but has a small claim to assist and expect him to be hard to peg back. SELECTION: This sets up nicely for the Dryden-trained #8 Scarleo.
Cairns: Race 6 @ 5:25pm
Genuine tempo as the speedy Salesman leads the way. TAMBO'S HEART (1) is airborne at present. He's won seventeen races and sure doesn't look like stopping anytime soon, an incredible feat. Ticks all the right boxes. Let's keep it simple. If he carries the weight, he wins. PANIAGUA (2) also built a picket fence for his connections last campaign. Not sighted since winning over 2100m here in August. In saying that, he's 2/2 at today's trip of 1400m and demands plenty of respect for Bonnie Thomson. BUXTON (3) likes it here. Racing below his best in recent times but shouldn't be completely overlooked. ZAMEX (5) and MAQUEREAU (7) for the multiples. SELECTION: #1 Tambo's Heart straight out.
